Benjamin Shamoilia and Joshua Shamoilia are the Co-Founders of Canon Hill Realty. They come from a real estate family with their uncle being a top multifamily developer in Southern California. They have been in the real estate business for many years, working at top brokerages, working in all facets of the commercial and residential space, and have a deep understanding of the market and the real estate industry as a whole. Together, the two brothers, bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the real estate industry. 

Joshua has a wealth of experience in sales – single family residences, condos, commercial, property management, marketing, leasing and rentals for multifamily and single-family residences and is known for setting record breaking numbers all over Southern California.

Benjamin brings a strong background in lead generation, sales, leasing and rentals, property management, and marketing. And is known for his ability to think outside of the box when it comes to marketing properties and bringing it to the right buyer
